Marutoku uses Amabito No Moshio sea salt exclusively in its Sea Salted Nori. It is packed with minerals, but unusually low in sodium chloride which produces a taste more "savory" than "salty". Salad flavored Nori uses vegetable oil to fix the salt. Vegetable oil enhances its crunchiness and it melts in your mouth. Also Nori's nutrition is well-balanced and vegetable oil facilitate the absorption of nutrients.
